Great Way to Spend a Monday

Today we motor-sailed out to a reef called Molasses, which is off of Key Largo.  It was pretty rough but we were still able to get in and snorkel around.  It was great snorkeling and once we got in the water, it didn't seem so rough. Here are a couple of pictures of what we saw.

    Do you think a flash will show more colors?

      Its possible, We have a flash on the camera, but it didn't go off.
      Also in most of these pictures the depth is about 20 feet. Which is deeper that most snorkeling locations. But maybe we will try to see if we can use the flash. Good tip.

    While we were in Key Largo, we rented a boat from the State Park and went out to see "Christ of the Deep". There was a pretty good current that day so, I really had to pump my fins to keep the statue framed well for the picture. As I recall, it was complicated even more by trying to have my son in the shot as well.
